We ordered the **Shaved Ice Black Sugar Boba**. The portion was good for sharing, the ingredients were fresh, and the boba was chewy. Overall, it was a great experience!

The staff tells you to the kiosk but after spending 15 minutes putting our four orders in, the staff told us it is broken when we said we can’t seem to pay as the daisy wheel just spins round and round. The food is good if you like Taiwanese dessert which I do. My fav is the hot grass jelly.

Came here Friday 9pm and it was easy to find a table. Not busy at all, customers come and go. Only 2 employees behind the counter. Ordered the original egg waffle from the kiosk and waited around 15 minutes to get the order. 🙁 When my order came, they announced the order # but I have no idea what my order # is. The egg waffles are crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Nothing outstanding unless maybe if I added strawberry dipping or any other dipping sauce. Parking could be challenging because the whole place is very crowded.

I ordered a drink and a hot red bean soup, but it's more like red bean water.... while my order came out in a timely manner, it's just very disappointing to not receive what I wanted on a cold night. restroom was open, but did not look well-maintained. overall I would not return to this location.

we waited about 45 min for this small shaved ice dessert that cost $10. not worth it. service is sooo slow and they need more workers or more efficiency. i wanted to go up and help them make orders to speed things up.
